Privacy & data protection policy
This website (the "Site") is operated and managed by Nituv Finances (the "Company", "we" or "our"). We attach great importance to protecting the privacy of the Site's users, our clients and prospective clients, and act in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981, Amendment 13 to the law, and the guidelines of the Privacy Protection Authority. This policy transparently details how information is collected, used, retained and protected, and your rights as a user.
Information we collect
When you use the Site, landing pages or the Company's digital platforms (including social networks), we may collect personal information about you, including:
- Full name, address, phone number and email address.
- Additional contact details you provide in contact forms.
- Information you provide when placing an order or making a payment on the Site.
- Technical and statistical information collected automatically via cookies, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, social-network pixels and other marketing tools (such as IP address, browser type, operating system, on-site activity, approximate location and usage preferences).
Providing the information is your free choice, but without certain details we may not be able to provide you a service or respond to your inquiry.
How we use the information
The Company may use the collected information for the following purposes:
- Providing services, handling orders and requests, and executing transactions.
- Making contact and responding to inquiries.
- Sending offers, updates and marketing content, subject to your consent and your right to opt out at any time.

Your rights
Under Amendment 13 to the Protection of Privacy Law, you are entitled to the following rights:
- Right of access — To contact us and ask to review the information held about you.
- Right of correction and deletion — To demand that we correct or delete information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated.
- Right to object to use — To ask that we stop using your details for personal outreach or marketing.
- Right to data portability — To demand that we hand over your personal information in an accessible format, or transfer it to another body at your request.
These rights are exercised by writing to the channels listed at the bottom of this page. The Company will respond to your inquiry within 30 days, as required by law.
Cookies and tracking tools
The Site uses cookies essential to its operation, and — subject to your consent — tracking and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and social-network pixels, for the following purposes:
- Operating the Site and improving the user experience.
- Tailoring content and advertising and showing relevant ads.
- Analyzing traffic and on-site activity to improve the service.
When you enter the Site, a consent notice is shown where you can accept, decline, or choose which categories to enable. Tracking and marketing tools are not loaded before your consent is given.
